By accessing and using FreeConvert's HEIC to PDF conversion service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

FreeConvert provides a free online HEIC to PDF conversion service that includes:

• Converting HEIC image files to PDF format locally in your browser
• Batch conversion capabilities for multiple files
• Quality adjustment and formatting options

When using our service, you agree to:

• Only upload files that you own or have permission to convert
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Use the service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations

You may not use our service for:

• Converting copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Any activity that could harm, disable, or impair the service
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Distributing malware or other harmful code

The service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by FreeConvert and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the service.

In no event shall FreeConvert be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FreeConvert operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
